Zone Diet Software Download Area
This page offers a simple step-by-step procedure for
downloading the 40-30-30 software that I have available. For fast response, there are many tiny sections of this page which are selected only as they are needed by this procedure. Scrolling past any of these sections could get you lost so just follow the links provided and things will be very easy.

Things you need to know before downloading
- The files offered here are written as spreadsheet applications. They are programs that actually DO something, not merely files to be viewed. This means that you will have to have a good spreadsheet program to run these. Excel, Lotus and Quatro Pro are some that should work. Microsoft Works and Claris Works will not.
- You have several download options. If you elect to receive files in zipped form, they must be unzipped by applications or plug-ins like PKzip, WinZip, Shrinkwrap or Unstuffit before you can use them.
You may begin the download procedure or
quit.
To download ZoneBuddy, answer these simple questions:
Do you have Microsoft Excel version 5.0 or greater?
Note: Microsoft Excel is included as part of Microsoft Office so if you
have Microsoft Office 5 or greater answer "yes" above.

software of your choice. If you have a PC, use your RIGHT mouse button and remember where the file is being placed on your hard drive!

Do you know how to "unzip" a compressed .ZIP file with PKZip, WinZip,
Shrinkwrap, Stuffit or some other archive program?

Regretably, I do not have software that will work with your existing
hardware and software.
