What we would like for thee to do is shake off the outer world right now and allow thyself to be present in this moment, in this place.  And we would like for thee to envision thyself now.  In thy mind, see thyself sitting on a cool plot of grass, very soft grass, and it is so cool under thee, and the air around you is filled with the scent of pine, and it is crystal clear to thy eye.  Breathe it in as deeply as thee can, holding it in thy lungs for a moment.  Let thyself feel it energize and cleanse as thee release it from thy lungs.  Feel thyself being set free.  Concentrating on thy breathing of this wondrous air, feel it as it fills all the parts of thee with energy and healing.

As thee are sitting in this cool grass, breathing this wondrous air, feel a slightly damp breeze as it blows over thy skin.  Allow this slight dampness to nurture thy skin, and feel it as thy body revels in it.  Using thy eyes now, we want thee to see the world as it truly is.  Releasing the fantasy that thee have been living under, the illusion that thee perpetrate, take off the illusion and look at thy planet.  It is wondrous; it is perfect.  It contains everything the could possibly need.  Everything that thee need is in thy life right now.

Begin, now, to look at thy life from thy truth of thy life, not the illusion.  Begin to see all the things that thy life contains:  thy perfect, beautiful home that thee exist in, the wondrous transportation that takes thee from here to there so rapidly and with very little fuss or bother, the environmental situations within thy home that allow thee to live very comfortably, the closeness of thy friends, relatives or pets and the love that they share with thee openly, the prosperity that thee have by having more than enough food, water, entertainment.

This is the reality of thy life.  Thee truly have it all.  The illusion of lack and the need for more and more only poison the truth of thy life, and that truth is thee have everything thee could possibly need and more.  Thy existence is wondrous.  It is perfect in this moment, and thee are filled with love because all that is is thine if thee just recognize it.  And this is so.  Believe it and trust it and thee manifest thy truth at all times.  Spend the rest of this life living joyously for that is thy birthright.
