    EQ:  We have to change what thee said.  It is not that they are more aware of their connection, for domestic animals have been polluted by humanity.  Go ahead.

    Can you please talk about, from an animal perspective and a human perspective, how do we know that we have died?

    EQ:  The animal doesn’t know the difference between life and death except for how it is being related to.  Dost thou understand what we mean by this, everyone?

    No.

    EQ:  When thee stop petting it and talking to it, it says, “Whoops!  Something’s different.”

    Does it get petting on the other side?

    EQ:  If it goes to the other side, then yes.  If it stays with thee, then it may not until it acquires a new body.  Now were thee asking how we know when the animal has died?

    No. How do humans know they have died?

    EQ:  Oh this is very dependent, too, on the human.  Some humans don’t know.  They truly do not know.  They have no reference point, and they don’t know until they’re told.

    How do you tell them?

    EQ:  It could be during a séance.  It could be that they are trying to attract the attention of a loved one and the loved one is crying and saying, “How could you have died on me?”  Some know because they see their deceased body and they get it.  Dost thou understand?  And some know because loved ones or Equinox is waiting for them saying, “Hi! About time you got here!”  It could be any number of things.  Some know because they see a deity or what they believe to be a deity or an angel.  Some see the light and say, “Oh, I must have died,” and walk right to it.  So it is very dependent on thy belief and what the ego is still holding on to.

    So their karma can keep them where they are sometimes.

    EQ:  Absolutely.  Because what thee don’t understand is, thee do not automatically lose the ego when thee die.  Thee retain it awhile, and thee are still subject to the ego’s misrepresentation of the illusion.

    Is death an illusion?

    EQ:  If thee believe it, yes.

    Because everything is an illusion except for the energy that flows through you.

    EQ:  Exactly.  But see, some entities, when they die, realize they have been sleeping and they are now awake, and they realize they are the Source.
