On February 6th, 2004, Equinox was asked,

What do we need to know now?

EQ:  Again, the most important thing that thee can know right now is that thee are holding the United States of America within the palm of thy hand right now, are thee not?  For this is a time when thee have the ability to exercise thy voice, is this not true?

    Elections?

EQ:  Yes.  And how can thee exercise thy voice the best?  Dost thou know?

    Speak up?

    By voting?

    EQ:  No.

    Communicating?

EQ:  The best way is to know what thee believe, and in knowing what thee believe, help others to look within and know what they believe.  And if thee discover that thy beliefs are contrary to those entities that will be representing thee as candidates, then what else should thy do?  If these are contrary to what thee believe, what shall thee do?

    Educate others.

EQ:  Good.  Excellent.  And what we would say also is, if enough Americans write in candidates that aren’t even on the ballot, but are entities whose beliefs they support, will this not send a giant message to the opposing parties that thee are not happy with their choices anymore?

    That would be a beginning.

EQ:  Thee should always vote, but thee cannot be untrue to thy own beliefs and vote for the lesser evil, dost thou understand?

    Yes.

EQ:  And thee must make others know this.  And the only way thee can make others know this is through thy voice and thy vote, even if that vote is for someone who can’t possibly win.  It is a statement.  And if enough entities upon the United States of America do this thing, it will be a grand statement.  And we would suggest that this suggestion go over thy internet so that many others can hold this banner: "We are not happy with our politicians, and we choose to make our voices heard."  This is what we would have to say for now.
