On December 3rd, 2004, Equinox was asked,

If we are of the Source and you are of the Source and the white light is of the Source, then what are we protecting ourselves from?

EQ: Thee are not. It is literally a superstition. Dost thou understand? Many entities upon Terra feel better with the superstitions having been met. Then their belief is that they are safe. Dost thou understand? We participate in the ritual of safety with thee even though we know there is nothing to fear. And this is what the meditation will be on tonight.

So then all of our illusions, whether negative or positive, we basically create in our own minds?

EQ: Is that not what illusion means?

If you participate in our illusion…

EQ: Yes.

… how many other illusions are you participating in?

EQ: Many.

Are you cheating?

EQ: What is a cheat? Is not the word cheat a judgement?

Are you playing into what we want to hear then?

EQ: Do we tell thee what thee want to hear? How often have we told entities here what they didn’t want to hear? Thee come with the idea of needing truth, and we give thee truth as we see it. Sometimes it is not truth as thee see it, and sometimes it is not the truth that thee want. But thee come here looking for truth, and we will give thee none other than our truth. So if thee see this as a cheat, then it is. If thee see this as a non-cheat, then it is.
