A friend of mine was talking about Ascended Masters. She had heard or read somewhere that these beings, like Jesus or Buddha or Mohammed, that everyone has or is assigned to an Ascended Master. She was wondering when you get your Ascended Master and I was wondering about the whole concept of Ascended Masters.

EQ: Isn’t it wondrous that how entities upon Terra have to have a hierarchy of everything?

That’s right. She said they’re not like guides. They’re higher in the hierarchy than guides.

EQ: Yes. And there are so many different levels and there are… Yes, and this again is an interesting illusion that keeps thee inferior. Dost it not? For, again, thee can not perceive thyself to be part of all that is. Thee have to be separate, and thee have to beg, first thy guides, then thy Master, then thy Ascended Master in order to get to where thee already are. And we used to say this a lot and we will say this again tonight. There is nothing greater nor lesser than thyself. When thee look down upon anyone, thee are looking down upon self. And when thee look up to anyone, thee are looking up to thyself. Thee are a miraculous entity. Miraculous. And not alone. So tell her she is an Ascended Master. Watch her blow up with pride. But she is.

Oh she won’t. She’ll say, “Oh, no, no. Not me.”

EQ: She is, as thee are. No, truly, none of the entities on Terra are Ascended Masters. How can they? What does the word ascended mean?

That’s true.

EQ: So this puts thee in a very lowly position that thee must be very sorry for and must somehow pay penance for because thee are lowly and have not ascended yet. It is wondrous that entities upon Terra have such a strong need to believe that there is something that is controlling their life rather than them taking responsibility for their life. Dost thou understand? And thee would be the first to say, “Oh, no, no, no. We take responsibility for our life,” but also the one will next say, “What did I do to deserve this karma,” or “Why is God getting me?” or “Why is the government out to get me?” Is this not so? Is that accepting responsibility?

No.

EQ: No. What a wondrous, complicated universe thee have created. It is fun. It is for us like going to thy Disney Land. It is. It is very fun.

Like rollercoasters?

EQ: Is that not how many of thee describe thy lives?

Yes.

EQ: So is that not what thee create? Imagine how much fun this is for us.
