When you speak about the linkage, what does that mean? Physical? Spiritual?

EQ: No. When we speak of linkage, it is a way for us to verbalize the fact that there is no separation anywhere. The separation is only in thy own belief system. We have spoken that everything is energy. Is this not so?

Yes.

EQ: And dost thou believe that everything is energy?

Yes.

EQ: That in the end, when thy heart stops, what is stopping?

The energy.

EQ: The energy. When thy breath stops, what is stopping? The energy flow. Thee are energy. When thee think of energy, dost thou see separateness? No. This is an illusion. The linkage is: Thee are all one energy. Thy planet, thy species are all just the Source. It is thee that believe in separateness and thee that believe in loneliness. How can thee believe in loneliness when thee are all one thing and can not be alone? When thee rid thyself of this illusion, thee rid thyself of pain, do thee not? For when thee know that the apparent happiness of someone else is also thy happiness, can thee be sad? But, if thee allow that beings can be sad, then thee will adapt to their sadness. Is this not so?

We adapt to their sadness?

EQ: Absolutely. Do thee not?

You mean when somebody we love…

EQ: If thee are all one being, can thee have any emotions that are not all emotion? Dost thou understand us?

What is done to one is done to all.

EQ: Because the all is all there is.

You had spoken before about how each one of us has a soul and this soul is a part of the Source…

EQ: It is not a part of the Source.

It is the Source.

EQ: Thee are the Source. And because we have to put terms and separateness and linear thought on this plane, we have to use words that are really meaningless, because we have to explain into thy illusion. Dost thou understand? When thee are dreaming, when thee are in the dream, do thee know that thee are dreaming most of the time?

It varies for me. Sometimes it seems very real.

EQ: Most of the time, thee are not aware thee are dreaming, and there will even be times when thee awaken from the dream and not know if thee were dreaming. How do thee know thee are not dreaming this illusion? And we are saying that thee are. One illusion is the same as another. This is an illusion. Thee are no less safe in this illusion than thee are in what thee consider to be an illusion that thee call the dream. If thee die in thy dreams, do thee wake up? Yes.

If we die in this dream, then we still wake up because the spirit lives. Right?

EQ: There is no death.

I understood that. It is my understanding from what you’ve said that our souls choose however many lifetimes to live and experience…

EQ: It…

I know it’s all the same; there’s no time; it’s all happening at the same time. But…

EQ: What we are saying is, when thee created this illusion that thee call the world and thee call life, thee created a series of steps and a series of actors in these steps. These actors thee gave names: soul, ego, karma. Did we not tell thee before that karma is also an illusion? But because thee believe in it, it manifests. The soul is an illusion. The ego is an illusion. Once thee understand…Ah! (Thank thee.) The Matrix [the movie]! Thee are living within the Matrix. Thee are a dream of the Source. Once thee understand that and stop feeling separate, thee wake up from the dream. And that is what thee call “not being born again” is waking up and knowing thee have been in a dream - very complex dream. And the whole planet is living this dream.

Why does it weigh us down so much sometimes? Is it because we’re so wrapped up in it? How do we lighten up?

EQ: Because when thee are wrapped up in the heaviness, it’s much easier to feel separate, isn’t it? And much easier to stay in the dream.

So how do we lighten up so that we feel more spiritual? I feel like I’ve come through a process in the last year and I do feel lighter, but I want to feel even lighter. So how do you get rid of the baggage?

EQ: Stop giving it power. Thee have a choice. When thee are looking at a flower, thee have the choice to see the beauteousness of the flower. Is this not so? You have a choice also to see that this flower is going to die. Thee also have a choice to perceive all the work that went into making this flower. What is thy choice? Dost thou want to see the beauty of the flower, worry about its death or think about all the toil that goes into it? This is thy life. Thee are creating a flower. Thee are creating thy dream. Become a lucid dreamer. Create thy dream.

So, in that sense, stop the mind chatter? Because that’s what drives me crazy. Sometimes I can’t stop the chatter in my mind. So how do you stop it?

EQ: Dost thou meditate?

I haven’t been as faithful.

EQ: Isn’t this interesting? Thee are asking us how to do something that thee know how to do and choose not to do it. So would we ask thee, dost thee really want to stop it?

Yes, but I haven’t…yes.

EQ: Here is another way. The mind is chattering at thee. Unless thee are at the wheel of thy car, thee always have the option to go do something to take thy mind into a new place, to turn on music, to open a book, to walk. There are many ways thee can do it, but instead, thee get wrapped up in that thing, and this is thy world, thee wrap thyself up in that thing that thee say thee want to avoid instead of doing those things that will stop that thing. Isn’t it wondrous? Thee are so creative. We think this is wondrous. It should show thee all thy possibilities. Dost thou see the difference in the way we perceive and the way thee perceive? We see the wondrousness in then. We say, if thee have the capability to do this, then this proves to us that thee are mighty and wondrous and exotic creatures. Thee say, “God, how do I do this to myself?” Is this not so? Change the way thee look at thy world, thy self. See it as a dream. In a dream there are all possibilities. In dreams thee can fly. In dreams thee can create everything. Thee are in a dream. Dost thou want a nightmare? Take control.

Accepting that we are the One, is there a companion?

EQ: There are many companions. There are many companions. There are many companions. This, again, we find absolutely wondrous, is that if thee are all connected, there are many beings that will fill all kinds of wonderful spaces within thee. But on Terra, because thee believe in separateness, thee think there has to be one other being to fill all those holes. And this is funny because one other being is never going to make thee feel full. One other being can be a compliment to certain parts of thee.

I was thinking more that we’re all consisted of a being, is there, out of us, another companion? I’m not talking about the one true love sort of thing so much as a spiritual companion to our consciousness. But are there other…

Is there another Source?

EQ: It is an odd way to describe this but… We find it hard to explain fully, but let us imagine that there is an eternal energy. It always is and it always is love. But that, as entities, we forget that eternal energy and we separate, then the answer to thee question is yes as long as thee keep in thy mind the separation. Dost thou understand? When thee go back to the Source thee feel like thee are going back when thee have never left. Dost thou understand? So, as long as the vision is separate, then thee must go to thy god instead of knowing thee are in the embrace at all times. Dost thou understand? And see what this does is it fulfills a need for thee too. Because it allows thee then to say, “I am being punished by this entity,” or “If I ask just right, this entity will give me what I need,” instead of understanding thee already have all that thee need and that this entity loves thee so completely there is no punishment it would render unto thee. Why would it hurt itself? Thee are doing it. What powerful creatures! Did we answer?

Not really. My question is does God have a companion? I fully embrace the concept that God is everything, that we’re part of him. I’m just curious, is there only the one in the universe or is there another?

EQ: We would say, to our knowledge - keeping in mind that we have not all truth - to our knowledge there is only the one. To our knowledge there is only the one, for that which is total can not be split. Dost thou understand? Total love, total energy can not be split. It is an illusion of being split. So, we believe no, there is only one and there need not be more than one. For it is the essence of all. It is not male. It is not female. It is all. When there is a whole, there is only the whole. Dost thou understand?

Regarding the holes you were talking about, figuratively speaking, in a person that can be filled by other people or things, what is the way or is there a way to remove that which creates holes?

EQ: We believe the way to do this is to acknowledge - and this is what the meditation, we hope, will accomplish to night - is to acknowledge that those holes are also an illusion.

EQ: They are an illusion because thee are making up things! If nothing is real, thee have made up thy pain in the past and thee have the opportunity to just release that. Thee are writing thy script. Dost thou understand?

I wanted a different perspective.

EQ: It is a different perspective for thee keep thinking on Terra that there is a past, a present and a future and this is not so. Thee always attempt to think linearly as though it can be on paper and it isn’t like that.

It’s like that book “The Power of Now”, living in the moment. I think we tend to loose that.

EQ: There is only a moment.
