On September 3rd, 2004, Equinox was asked,

Is there a difference between a human soul, an animal soul, a plant soul or any other aspect that manifests on this planet. If there is, how do they work to take information to the Source?

EQ: Well, first of all, a soul is a mass of energy. Is that not so? And does everything on this planet have energy? Yes. So everything has a soul, correct? Some souls have conscious direction and conscious path. Dost thou understand what we mean? Some’s only reason - as we said domestic animals particularly - their whole reason, their whole soul being is to teach thee what the Source is by teaching love. Correct? Because, as we spoke before, do not animals love without expectation?

Yes.

EQ: Are they not then acting out the Source? The planet itself, have we not said, is alive. These stones and dirt are part of her. So, they do not have a separate soul; they are the shell of the soul of the planet, the body. Dost thou understand this thing? How these souls transmit knowledge to the Source, dost thou not think that the simplicity and agedness of trees send vast information back to the Source about what the planet is doing? From its perspective. The planet itself, from its perspective, of the constancy of being a planet. If thee are thinking agedness, think of this: how long has Terra been here?

Five billion years, geologists say.

EQ: So, imagine the amount of data that is transmitted from this planet. And trees, are there not trees that are hundreds and hundreds of yeas old, plants that are? So, each thing visualizes differently. Certainly, the way insects see with their eyes is vastly different than way thee see with thine. The way dogs see with their nose is vastly different than the way thee see with thy eyes and thy nose, is this not so? What wondrous ways to bring information to the Source. And look at the differences in perspective. Everybody, everything’s perspective will be vastly unique.

How does the interaction between souls come about with respect to egos coming together or souls coming together to have certain experiences?

EQ: When it comes to the planet, she just allows. This was her commitment. Those that want to traverse her will come and learn the lessons that are inherent in being physical on Terra. With the plants, their connection is more with the planet than with the species of people. Their connection with animals and the species of people have more to do with the planet connection. Dost thou understand? Animals, when we talk domestic again, for it is the most relevant to thee, they do make a choice. Each soul, animal soul and human soul, make a choice of connecting. Just as though they be two human souls making choices. Dost thou understand? For, just a two human souls can connect with the idea that one be hurt by the other, so can an animal soul create pain for a human out of love or take pain from a human out of love. Is this not so? Same negotiations, identically.

Do those souls of animals have multiple egos that they use?

EQ: No.

Only one.

EQ: Only one. That’s why they can keep changing bodies and they still act the same.

So, human souls come with an agenda.

EQ: Yes.

Animal souls and plant souls don’t?

EQ: Animal souls come with an agenda. It is not near as complex as human souls. Plant souls do not come with an agenda.

So, all animals come with an agenda?

EQ: All animals come with an agenda. Cows come to be eaten and sacrifice themselves for the good of the planet, the beings on the planet. Otherwise, do you think you could really just walk them to their deaths so benignly? Come on, think about it. How many fight back?

There was one that ran away one time.

EQ: Yes, you’re right. And that one didn’t get eaten. All entities have free will, whether they be cow or humans. If thee come into this life with a commitment to marry someone and live happily ever after, and in the midst of that commitment, thee decide the want to change that, can thee?

Yes.

EQ: Ok. And thee will suffer the consequences of that action or not, correct?

Yes.

EQ: Same with cows.

So, are you saying animals make the choice before they incarnate?

EQ: If an energy chooses to incarnate as animal, yes. But they can not incarnate as people. There is not the concept that thee go from insect to rat to cow to horse to dog to human, is not so. Why in the world would animals, which are pure souls, ever want to become human?

So, insects or reptiles all come with an agenda? They’re all included?

EQ: Yes. Those things that have any order of logical thinking function aside from rote function. Plants, do they get up and move? Do they breed? Plants are very wondrous creatures. They absorb and they create. And that is the extent, isn’t it? Wondrous. That is their entire being, and so much can be learned from them. If thee were comfortable with just absorbing wondrous gifts and giving them back, wouldn’t thy life be perfect? So much can be learned from the simple ones.

But they’re not so simple after all.

EQ: No, they’re not.
