Last time you said that people who are living in horror can not come to consciousness because of the situation they’re in.
 

EQ:  It is not so much that they can not come into consciousness, it is that they are so busy just in the mode to survive, that it does not even occur to them to do other.

How do you remedy that?  We have places like Israel and Iraq and Afghanistan and Haiti…

EQ:  Dost thou not think that there be beings within all those places that are still joyous?

There could be.

EQ:  There are.  There is not a place upon Terra where there are not horrors going on daily, horrors that thee can not even perceive of.  And amongst those people there are still entities that are highly and wondrously joyous.  For even a little thing, where that thee would throw aside a crust of bread, that could be sheer joy to someone who has not eaten in three days.

What about the rest of the world, how does that affect the hundredth monkey?  Is that a separate hundredth monkey scenario?

EQ:  Yes.  If thee believe in chaos and disharmony, certainly that is the planetary consciousness, correct?  So it is what has been manifesting for eons, is that not so?  So to change that, thee have to change thy thinking away from that thinking so that the hundredth monkey thinking can happen and the planet can become joyous again.
