What do we need to know now?
 

EQ:  This is so simple, and we believe it has been said before, but it seems to be a very difficult thing for Terrans to do.  Thee must begin to live in joy.  Thee are consistently living in frustration.  Thee are consistently living in fear.  Thee are consistently living in anger, is this not so?  So what is manifested upon Terra then?

All of that.

EQ:  But what dost thou really want?

Peace, joy, harmony.

EQ:  Can thee manifest peace, joy and harmony through anger, pain, resentment, frustration?

Those can be the results of going through those things.

EQ:  No.  No, they tend to feed, dost thou understand?  That energy feeds.  It feeds by taking thy energy.  It feeds by allowing thee to feel powerless.  So that multitudes of entities in their feeling of powerlessness become vicious and take pain out on others, is this not so?  These things are dis-empowering, not empowering.  Empowerment is choosing to see what is working in thy life, not resenting that which does not work, not resenting what is working in another’s life, but feeling joyously happy for what is working.  And then thee manifest that energy from thee and that grows too.  And when that grows, others learn to allow it as well.  Thee have been living upon Terra for so many thousands of years in that way, in the way of hating, in the way of grasping, in the way of pain.  Dost thou like the result?

No.  Not at all.

EQ:  So it is as simple as to decide that at least one time during thy cycle of 24 of thy hours - one time - thee fill thyself with joyousness, thee allow thyself to visualize what is wondrous in thy world, the wondrous tastes and smells, the fantastic feeling of touch.  Those things are such precious moments that are often ignored, are they not?  Imagine being able to see with eyes instead of just sensing energies.  This is a gift.  This is a gift that daily thee should…

Focus on, right?

EQ:  Yes.

Focus on all those good things, because then we create the good things and so that energy is passed on to other people too, right?

EQ:  Exactly.  So, when thee are feeling particularly frustrated, particularly annoyed, angry, scared, when thee have watched thy news and thee feel betrayed, focus not on that.  If thee must, laugh at it.  Can thee hate when thee are laughing?  This is what thee need to know right now.  It is time for thee to be powerful and only thee can choose this.  No one will give thee power.  No one will give thee power, but they will take it.  Dost thou understand?

Because we create this power, this energy…

EQ:  Because thee create this power, it is essential that thee accept it, but most entities upon Terra want to feel powerless, because then they have something to blame, is this not so?  When thee accept thy power, then thee must live according to it and it ends up being quite wondrous you know.

When we’re in a situation where we’re feeling those negative thoughts and we say, no, we’re going to change that, we’re going to put out the more positive stuff so the soul regenerates itself.  And the more that we do that, the more we create this in thought, in spirit, in action, the more we recognize how powerful we really are in that.

EQ:  And the more thee recognize thy power and thy responsibility in thy power, the more joyous the world becomes.  And the more possibility that Terra can become that space that thee say thee desire.  This is, thee know, in thy myth thee call this the Garden of Eden.  It was not just one small place.  The whole of thy planet is Eden-like, is it not?  But thee are so busy thinking that thy joy comes from procurement, comes from another being, comes from what thee are told it should be, thee completely miss all the wondrousness that is already there, free.  Free!  It does not cost thee anything to have blue skies.  It does not cost thee anything to smell a flower.  But instead thee focus on that the sky isn’t as blue as it was, and perhaps it’s a little gray today.  Do not focus on that.  We are not telling thee to become complacent; we are not saying that.  We are saying that when thee are working at thy powerlessness, it increases.  And when thee are working at thy power, it increases.  Thee have a choice.
