What do we need to know now?
 

EQ:  What we would say unto thee is that it is best to know what is going on in the world.  And not only what thy media is claiming is going on in the world, but be very active to check on what truly is happening.  For thee are very uneducated in the United States of America on true world events, are thee not?

Yes.

EQ:  Thee truly do not understand other cultures, other peoples, other people’s feelings, do thee?

No.

EQ:  And does this not then cause fear?

Yes.

EQ:  And also when thee are in this space, does this not also create a possibility for other beings to fill thee with lies?  If thee have an empty space within thee with no knowledge, it allows that empty space to be filled with either right knowledge or wrong knowledge, is this not so?

Yes.

EQ:  And often, because of laziness, does it not get filled with wrong knowledge?

Yes.

EQ:  We are asking thee to not allow this any longer.  We would ask thee to do this in two ways.  Talk with people.  Listen.  Make no assumptions or judgements - listen.  And then reach into thy heart and feel.  Do not let thyselves be swayed because thy friend, thy lover, thy husband, wife, president, dictator, enemy tells thee anything.  How often in thy lives dost thou allow thyselves to feel less than because someone else has negated thee, someone who thee have no connection with, but accept this negation?  This is filling a hole with bad data.  Is this not?  We ask thee to allow these holes to be filled with reality, not bad data.  Dost thou understand?

Yes.

EQ:  Good.  This is what we would say thee needed to know right now.  Thee are being filled with lots of bad data.  Is this not a time when many candidates want to convince thee that they will save thee?

Yes.

EQ:  Dost thou believe it?

No.

EQ:  Good.  Then find out how to do this thyself.  Find out the truth before thee place a vote.  Find out the truth before thee rely on bad data.

How do we know which is true and which is not?

EQ:  Research and feel.  When thee allow thyself to feel, truly feel, then thee always have the right answers.

Because when you feel the truth, you’re at peace.

EQ:  It is different for each person.  Not each person feels peace.  Some beings just feel a knowing.  Some beings feel an energy on parts of their body that they call a shiver.  Many different ways to know truth.  Each individual has its radar.

When you say that we need to look into and investigate, are you referring to things like some of the news channels, maybe switching up the news channels.  Are you talking about looking at different newspapers?  I know you’re talking about talking to people.  Are you talking about talk radio?

EQ:  Is this not a wondrous time in thy world where all thee need to do to get information is "log on"?

Yes.

EQ:  Let us say that thee have heard that there be a nuclear disaster in a country.  We will use Chernobyl as an example.  Correct?  And what thee heard was thy government’s impression of this situation, is this so?

Yes.

EQ:  Dost thou think that was truth?

We usually assume so, yes.

EQ:  And might it not have been?

Possibly.

EQ:  Now if instead thee had logged on to French, German, British, Russian, Chinese web sites and read what they said, might thee be more clear on what was true?

Yes.

EQ:  This is what we speak of.  Read what other countries say about thy president; what thy other countries say about beings that are running against thy president.  Might they not have a clearer view?

Because they don’t live here, their perspective is different.

EQ:  Very good.  Exactly.  This is a wondrous way to learn.  Thee are very lucky.  But instead thee do listen to something like talk radio where this is one person’s opinion being shoved down the throats of many.  Now this person’s opinion may be absolutely perfect, but it also may be just put in that direction to irritate.  For when entities are irritated, they call these shows, is this not so?  What does this do then?  It advances ratings.

But what if the person that is doing the talk radio is the one that is looking into what China and everybody else saw?

EQ:  Thee are assuming that he is or she is.

But I’m saying what if they were?

EQ:  If they were, wondrous.  But how do thee know this?  They could say they were.  They could say they’ve checked everything, and they could be liars, could they not?

It would still be their perception.

EQ:  Exactly.  Is it not better for thee to do thy own research than to depend on other beings opinions?

But aren’t we doing the same thing by looking into China and Germany and all these other places?

EQ:  Yes, thee are still getting many opinions.  This is true.  But if thee have fifteen opinions or one or two, which is better?

Fifteen.

EQ:  Because thee have many perspectives, and within that many perspectives, there will be one grain of truth.  We will give an example.  How many religions dost thou think there are on this planet?

Oh my gosh, there are a lot!

EQ:  And is there not a thread that is consistent within all?

Yes.

EQ:  So is that not a truth?

Yes.

EQ:  That’s what we speak of.  Find the thread.  That will be the truth.

Once you know the truth though, what good is it going to do when the majority believes the other way?

EQ:  If thee have a truth, and thee talk to ten other beings who talk to ten other beings and ten other beings, even if they do not accept what thee are saying, is it possible that there might not be a few that are swayed?  thee have to take back thy power.  The idea that thee are powerless on Terra is what makes those entities that feel powerful take power.

Because other entities are willing to give it away.

EQ:  Exactly.

They don’t want to work.

EQ:  Exactly.  It is easier to say, "Oh well, there’s nothing I can do anyway."

They don’t want the responsibility.

EQ:  If thee will look at the history of the United States of America, there were a very small handful of beings that said, "This cannot be!  We must make a change!"  And these beings became what we believe were called rabble-rousers.  And what dost thou have now?

Constitution.

EQ:  Thee have a whole country based on freedom of beliefs, is this not so?  And thee are about to lose it, is this not so?

Yes.  And you know what?  That really bothers me.

EQ:  Then do something.  Then do something before it’s too late.  For when thy beliefs are relegated by a minority, then everyone suffers.  Even if that minority agrees with thee, everyone suffers.

Could I ask you an example then?  Could you possibly be speaking about how - this is a small thing - about how God has been taken out of schools?

EQ:  No.  What we are referring to very simply is, what was the United States of America founded upon, base - the base of the United States of America?

Freedom of religion.

EQ:  Very good.  Now, do thee not have beings that are stating that this is a specific religious country, one specific religion?

Yes.

EQ:  This is what we speak of.  Now, when thee talk about prayer in school, we would argue with thee that beings that are religious pray where ever they are.  They do not need a designated spot or a designated time or a designated situation to do this, do they?  If thee are a spiritual being in thy soul, it does not matter.  So we would argue with thee that imposing that upon a school is the mistake.

That’s what I’m saying.

EQ:  No, no, no.  Imposing that there must be a time for religion in school is a mistake, because what religion [would you impose]?  If then this becomes a Christian country, what of all the other…we just asked - how many religions are there on Terra?  Who decides?  Who decides?  As then we said a moment ago, if thee are in the minority that are making the decisions, everyone suffers. It does not matter.  For it is not about one group, ever.  It is about everything and everyone, dost thou understand?

We already know that’s what’s happening as far as the religion aspect, but I’m trying to understand what power you’re talking about that we don’t have.

EQ:  If thee were to read the constitution of thy United States - have thee read it all?

Yes, but that was a long time ago.

EQ:  And have thee every really thought about it?

Not most recently.

EQ:  One of the major things about the constitution of the United States of America was that the central government of thy country was not to have the power.  The power laid with each state, is this not so?

Yes.

EQ:  Is this happening still?

No.

EQ:  Absolutely not.  So if one being or one small group of beings can decide the fate of the entire country against each state stating that this is not what they want, has thy constitution been completely eroded?

Yes.

EQ:  Then are the United States of America the United States of America that was first put into being?

No.

EQ:  Where dost thou want to live?

In the United States.

EQ:  Which United States?  We are hoping the one that empowers beings not disempowers them.

How do you feel about removing the Pledge of Allegiance from schools?

EQ:  We are not sure that having an allegiance to anything but the Source is a good idea.  Dost thou understand what we are saying?  How many countries use "We have God on our side" to kill other beings?  And if thee are a patriot, then thee must succumb to this killing without question.  Isn’t this so?  Is this not exactly what Nazi Germany did?  Is this not exactly what the Japanese emperor had the Japanese beings do?  Were they right?  They were patriotic.

It didn’t make them right.

EQ:  It didn’t make them right.  Because thy allegiance on this planet should be to all beings.  Thee should feel the linkage among all beings and work for the entirety.  It is not fair - and we know there’s no such thing as fair, but we are using this word so that thee will understand - it is not fair that entities in the United States of America throw away more food every year than whole other countries have.  Is this fair?

No.

EQ:  But if thee were a world unity, and all beings worked together for the good of all others - this is such an abundant planet, is it not?  There is so much more than enough for everyone, is this not so?

Yes.

EQ:  But as long as there be hoarding; as long as there be war to take resources from other beings, there will never be a shared-ness.  And one of the ways this is done, historically, has been patriotism and religion, is this not so?  The Nazis believed they had the absolute right to take over all things because they were a superior race, is this not so?  Is this not a form of patriotism?  We would say it is wondrous to band together, but to feel superior because thee were lucky enough to be born one place instead of another creates a lot of pain.  If it stopped creating a lot of pain, it would be wondrous, but it doesn’t.  Because entities in the Soviet Union believed they were superior, they created a lot of pain, did they not?  And we are not talking the people, don’t misunderstand us.  It is the governments.  The governments create the atmosphere that creates the pain for the people, is this not so?

Yes.

EQ:  Dost thou want to lose thy son in a war that thee do not understand?

No.

EQ:  Or thy daughter or thy husband?  But thee do it, do thee not?  Why?

Patriotism.

EQ:  And what we would say is, isn’t it or wouldn’t it be so much easier for everyone to really talk instead of fight?  But thee upon Terra have forgotten how.  It is so much easier to blow people up, including the terrorists who blow people up.  It is so much easier for thy neighbor to beat up on neighbor if they are angry, is this not so?  To pull a gun upon thy highways and shoot someone who did something, whatever that something is, is this not so?

Yes.

EQ:  This is the mindset we speak of and this saddens us for it is truly unnecessary.

Will it ever change?

EQ:  We hope so.  This is why we come to talk, in the hope that thee can be as we are.  We be a combined consciousness.  That means there are many of us that are physical and many that are non-physical, many that have lived on certain planes and others that have never lived on those planes.  But we understand each other because we feel the unity; we have not forgotten it, dost thou understand?

There’s no division.

EQ:  There is no division.  There is no division.  There isn’t a being upon Terra that doesn’t have hopes and dreams and fears, that does not require and need love, that does not crave that their children be healthy and happy and filled with laughter.  There is no one on this planet that does not have that desire.  In those ways, thee are so alike.  We would ask thee to look at those ways instead of the colors of the skin or the belief systems or the anger.  The anger comes from fear.  The anger comes from watching their children die.  The anger comes from having a belly that never has food.  The anger comes from watching whole populations die of disease.  This saddening.

You’ve talked before about how it doesn’t take much of the consciousness of us to help change the momentum, right?  So…

EQ:  But beings upon Terra are lazy.

But let’s say, for example, that everybody in this room don’t feel lazy.

EQ:  Wondrous.

So then we carry on that light; we carry on …

EQ:  Then it grows and what we have called the hundredth monkey manifests, the planet becomes enlightened and all this stops because the illusion of fear, lack, hunger, pain, death, war disappears.

Because that’s what it is, right [illusion]?

EQ:  Exactly.

But we need to do that every day of the month…

EQ:  Thee need to do it constantly

…not just the first Friday.

EQ:  It needs to be …

in our consciousness.

EQ:  Absolutely.

All the time.

EQ:  All the time.

Because then that creates more of that consciousness.

EQ:  Absolutely.

Now does that transfer into other people?  Not that we speak of, but…

EQ:  Is it not true that if thee are living lovingly, that at least one other person that watches this will want to also live lovingly?

Yes.

EQ:  And if it’s only one of fifty, it’s another one!

And it all adds up.

EQ:  And that one touches another fifty and there will be another one.

And Source’s will gets done, not ours.

EQ:  Yes.  Make it so.  We have been waiting a very, very - if thee believe in time - we have been waiting a very long time.
