On June 6th, Equinox was asked,

Even though we accomplish things, we sometimes tend to see things as better someplace else - "the grass is always greener…" philosophy.  Why do you think we, as entities on this planet, seem to always feel that everything is not as good as it could be?

EQ:  And this shall be what we would like to focus on this evening, actually.  For do thee not usually start with, "What dost thou want the world to know now?"

    Yes.

EQ:  Well, thee did this in this question, and this will be the meditation.  For what has happened to Terra - we began this last time - that many entities upon Terra have confused needs and wants.  And why dost thou think they have done this thing?  It is because their life is based on many illusions.  One of which is that all things are replaceable, is this not so?  They go from thing to thing looking to fill the hole that is their unconscious state, thinking that the thing will bring them the peace.  And does this happen?

No, because then they always want something more.

EQ:  Then, there needs to be a peace within self, and then thee know that all things be perfect at that point, but it does not happen that way.  This is the same reason why entities - particular of the United States of America - have so much trouble with death.  For instead of seeing it as a transition, they see it as something beyond their control.  Instead of understanding and then replacing, as they have done with all other things, when an entity of worth leaves them, it is not replaceable and then they begin again to fill the hole with things.  Is this not so?  No matter how many things are accumulated within thy life, happiness, pleasure, wondrous existence, lies inside of thee, not outside of thee.  Certainly, having things - thee are so lucky - for having things in the United States of America keeps thy life easy, but thee have become so immune to thy ease, that thee have forgotten it and seek more things to add more ease.  All these things do is add more disquiet, for thee are perpetrating the illusion.  Dost thou understand?
