Do the things I do in this life affect who and what
I am and circumstances in other lives and vice versa?
EQ: Yes.
If I do something in this life that affects another life and changes it for the better, that could in turn change this life for the better. Is that correct?
EQ: If the soul chooses to have this life be the one that be changed.
How does one choose that?
EQ: The soul just decides, "Ok. This looks like a good one that has learned. Good. It shall be this life." Certainly, any change makes repercussions through all the lives. Always. Always.
Like a ripple effect.
EQ: It is as though thee have a string, or - yes, a string will work - and thee stretch it and then down here thee pluck it. Does not the entire string feel the pluck?
Yes.
EQ: However, it is much stronger in certain areas than in others. So if the soul says, "Ah ha! It’s this life that needs to have the connection," then it just moves the string that way.
Ok. So certain other lives will resonate…
EQ: More strongly, yes.
How can we recognize that?
EQ: It is not for thee to recognize. Thee are just the ego. Thee just go ahead and do what thee are doing. The soul is doing the work.
You’re just playing the role.
But if I could play the role better, isn’t that what the soul would want?
EQ: Absolutely, but dost thou know what better is?
Well, the soul does.
EQ: Exactly.
That’s what I’m saying. How can I better connect the soul’s purpose with this ego so that it can accomplish…
EQ: Pay attention. We have said this before. If thy life appears to be off track that thee are stumbling constantly and feeling miserable, dost thou think thee are doing thy soul work?
Absolutely not.
EQ: Exactly. Pay attention. It is that simple.
Is this why we go through the same lessons in other lives?
EQ: Absolutely.
Is there a certain level we can actually accomplish getting to?
EQ: Yes, that level is returning back to the Source permanently.
When you talk about these lives…when we have dreams - and you’ve mentioned before - that some of these dreams are relative to what’s in our everyday lives, but they also are of other dimensions…
EQ: …and other lives…
…and other lives. So when we’re dreaming and we can recognize that that is another life, then…
EQ: …thee can make changes. But thee must be sure that the change that thee are making in this other life is the change that will do well in this one for thee, for it is this one thy ego is conscious of.
But that’s the thing…
EQ: Yes…that’s the thing.
How do you know for sure. That’s where we second guess ourselves.
EQ: That’s because it is the ego playing the role; it is not the playwright. Certainly thee can improvise. But if thee improvise so much that the theme of the play is distorted, the playwright will probably be pretty angry and possibly throw you right out of the play.
How can they do that if it’s all part of…
EQ: It is called death.
Oh!
You get written out of the script.
So because the person did not play the role they were supposed to, they kind of shrivel up and die?
EQ: Well, they do not have to shrivel up.
No, but you know what I’m saying.
EQ: Yes.
Is it the same lesson that you’re looking to accomplish to get to the Source, or is it a bunch of lessons?
EQ: Bunches of them. Mostly, all the Source cares about is that thee learn. This is it, learn, have experience and learn.
I’m reading the book "The New Revelations" by Neil Donald Walsh and in it, it says there is no right and wrong…
EQ: There is no right and wrong.
…it’s just what works and what doesn’t work.
EQ: For each individual.
It sounds so simple.
EQ: The Source only wants experience. It is the ego that
puts good or bad on an experience.
