Can you please explain the difference between an animal soul and a human soul, if there is one?
 

EQ:  Well, it depends first of all if the animal is truly an animal or if it’s a human pretending to be an animal.  If it is an animal, animals do not have souls as humans do.  Because animals are constantly linked to the Source, it is more as though animals are manifesting the Source; they are fingers of the Source here to help us.  Where as we lose the memory of the Source, they are constantly being the Source, dost thou understand?

And so, communicating with them…

EQ:  Is communicating directly with the Source.  They are pure, because they are not of ego; they are not playing a role.  They do not play being a dog.  They do not play being a horse.  They do not play being a cow.  They are horse, cow, dog.  Humans play at being Jonee, Len, Elaine, because they have no clue who those beings are.  Isn’t this so?  They play at being that - and thee can do this to thy pets by the way, make them begin to doubt who they are and then, they begin to play a role and then, they are miserable.

Because we have domesticated more dogs and cats than any other animal, is that more prone to happen to them?

EQ:  Yes.  And then they become neurotic.  How many of thee have met a neurotic cow that would kick the barn in if thee leave it?  How about a wolf?  It is just a dog.  Do they become neurotic if you leave them?  No.  Thee have done this to thy pets, because thy pets merge entirely with thee and in the merging, they pick up thy neuroses.  If thee are a fearful being who is afraid to be abandon guess what?  Thee will manifest in thy pet that same neurosis and it will act it out all the time.

Are they born with that personality?

EQ:  No.

Because a lot of times it seems they already come to us with a very distinct personality.

EQ:  They often do, and then that personality can be mutated by thy fears.  Thee will draw to thee the perfect pet for thee, the perfect lesson for thee.  And then thee will make it worse.

What about the dogs that are human in animal form?

EQ:  These are guides.  These are entities that have been with thee in a past life, human entities, or alien entities which have been with thee in past lives that have chosen to come in as a guide in physical form.  Sometimes, they can chose to do this as another human, but who get closer than thy animal?

How can you tell?

EQ:  Thee know.  Thee can tell.  There is no doubt.

Are human beings the only animals on the planet like that or are other animals that have souls like people do?

EQ:  No.

Human beings are the only ones?

EQ:  Human beings are the only ones that chose to leave the Source with an agenda.  Animals don’t leave the Source.

Say that again?  Human beings are what?

EQ:  The only animals on the planet that left with an agenda.  And that agenda is to learn.  The only thing animals do is love - and eat, and defecate, and love.

What about the animals that actually eat kids or adults?

EQ:  That’s their job.  That’s their job.  Everything on Terra has a job.  That is their job.

And they’re still part of the Source?

EQ:  Absolutely!

It’s just their job.

EQ:  It does not mean they don’t love thee when they eat thee.  It is not in their consciousness not to love thee and it is not in their consciousness not to eat thee.

It just happens.

EQ:  It just is.  Thee know this.  If thee jump in a cage with a tiger, dost thou fully expect it to say, "Hi, how ya doin’?"  Thee are food.  It doesn’t mean it hates thee; it has no animosity toward thee.  It’s hungry and thee are tasty.  Thee are!
